I ordered one of these for my husband for Christmas. When the shirt arrived, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed them immediately, to ask if I could return it for a larger size. After I emailed, I found the part on the site that said all sales are final. I was upset, but I realized it was my fault. When I went to wrap the shirt anyway, I noticed there was also a slight defect in the bottom of the design. I sent a facebook message to the company and included a picture of the front of the hoodie. I didn't mention the size in the message, because the size was my fault. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get a replacement at all, because all sales are final.
Not only did they rush me a replacement, they got it to me before Christmas, and in the larger size! It made my Christmas! Thank you, TeeDragons, for such a wonderful customer experience!
