Free shipping for orders over $100.

Orders to the Worldwide incur a flat shipping fee start at $4.99.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will usually be processed within 5-7 business days of ordering and shipped within one day of processing. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Within the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, orders can be expected to arrive in 7-10 working days.

Orders placed to all other countries can be expected to arrive within 14 working days.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel

*We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer.
